I haven’t put these tires on a rim yet, but WOW did they come in super fast. I got them within 24 hours of ordering. The tires are in perfect condition upon delivery. The delivery driver sat them in a spot where they wouldn’t be easily spotted by any potential porch pirates as well! I was skeptical about facebook ads but after I read the comments on their post I decided to take the plunge. The multiple financing options are also VERY handy! I’ll definitely be purchasing tires from them again.

My husband has ordered tires from tire agent before this recent order. They were easy to order and received them quickly, within 3 days. Paying was easy and it was easy to change payment dates when his company changed payroll. I would recommend them to anyone.

At the begin of my order it was a little rough.. But Joseph stepped up and took care of everything. He went above and beyond to get my order complete. Looking at everything going forward I would recommend Tireagent to anyone I know. Tires I wanted delivered the very next business day!

Initially, I ordered a set of four tires all terrain for my Grand Cherokee. I was mistakenly sent passenger tires, which don't handle Colorado winters very well. Not only did Tire Agent make the return and refund process simple, they shipped the correct tires to my preferred installer just three days later! Not many people can afford to drop a thousand dollars on a new set of tires right now. With Tire Agent, I can make low weekly payments and have peace of mind knowing great support is just around the corner.

I ordered 4 tire and rims for my GMC yukon last December 2019 great experiance. No issues tire still look new and I do alot of milage. I will definitely order again when I need new tires. I highly recommend Tire Agent and I tell all my friends about them when they say they need new tires. Thank you Tire Agent

Very bad customer service, they will NOT exchange defective mfg tires. They do not stand by their customer support staff decisions. I WILL not recommend a company that sells old tires and then doesnt guarantee them! Stay away

I got the tires I wanted they came in the mail fast.

This is definitely the 1st time I’m leaving a review on Trustpilot.com however most definitely isn’t the first time visiting the site. So let me start with how skeptical I was after my wife and I were talking about getting new tires after getting stuck in snow multiple 63 of which lasted no less than 15 minutes and right there on my Fb feed I see a sponsored ad from Tireagent.com couldn’t find much information online and truth be told I was 50/50 and chose to take the gamble and in the end I finalize the order after getting approved and less than 20hrs later FedEx knocked on my door and delivered 8 brand new separately wrapped tires. If your thinking whether or not u should go for it the answer is yes my friend definitely make that purchase u won’t regret it u have my word!

I am a disabled veteran who served in two different branches of the United States Armed Services.
I am an independent contractor that delivers travel trailers across the country. As with everyone else, business was slow and money was and of course still is short due to Covid.
I needed six tires bad for my Ford F450 in order to stay compliant with DOT.
I came across this company on social media. With a low credit score, I took a chance and my prayers were answered!!
Without this company, my truck and business would be sidelined for I don't know how long.
Customer service has been top notch and my tires were delivered within four days!!! I'm so grateful that I found you guys. Keep up the great work!

THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE MOST AGGRAVATING ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH. IT ALL STARTED QUITE NORMAL UNTIL I GOT MY TIRES DELIVERED AND THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE TIRES. I SPENT TWO DAYS WITH 6+ DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. I FINALLY GOT ATHENA WHO WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. UNFORTUNATELY THEY STILL SAID I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGE FOR RETURN OF $30/TIRE PLUS RESTOCKING!!!! $150. TO RETURN TIRES THAT THE WEBSITE ERRORED ON BUT THE COMPANY WON’T BUDGE.
I’M STILL WAITING ON THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND FEDEX APPROVAL.... UNREAL.
I WOULDN’T SEND MY WORSE ENEMIES TO THIS ONLINE SHOP!! WELL MAYBE I WOULD ....
1/27/2021 - Just got my INVOICE FOR RETURN FEE OF $130 For tires that were the WRONG SIZE (Not my fault). Tire Agent said they would not absorb this cost in any way.
